Select Technology Services, Inc. Automated Tank Gauging System provides an automatic means of gauging liquid level in tanks, recording the temperature of the liquid and reading meters that may be transferring liquid in or out of the tanks being gauged.

Automated gauging eliminates hand gauging errors, deliberate incorrect gauging, and removes the chance of personnel being exposed to potentially hazardous areas.

Gauging data can be read by field personnel, collected with portable data collection devices, and monitored real-time from remote locations. Automated tank gauging systems can be tailored to the specific measurement requirements of most, water, waste water, petroleum and petrochemical business applications.

Select Technology Services, Inc. Automated Tank Gauging System may range from a single point to a system for a large multi-tank complex. The measuring point may be at a remote oil field production tank, an oil refinery, pipeline tank farm, a blending plant, or a chemical plant. The multi-tank system may be distributed throughout a process plant, it may be freestanding, complete within itself, or it may feed into a centralized monitoring system interfacing with other types of process control and monitoring.
